The new planting plan re-establishes a sense of place for this retirement community through the use of a cohesive and appropriate planting strategy that unifies the entire campus while also creating distinguishable neighborhoods. Plants have been chosen based on their ability to create privacy, their beauty, their ecological benefits, and for ease of maintenance. This multi-year installation has already begun, restoring the beauty of the campus. (Project designed with Paradise City Landscape Design)
